imthegoodguy3/13 Have found found myself in a city called Hinoto-Ri, which appears to be in Japan. My alarming arrival occurred during a curious time called the "13th Hour." It seems to be a time of spiked supernatural activity, where the sky turns red and monsters roam the streets. I awoke to my "persona" during this time. A rabbit! The man who gave this to me, Philemon, has a sense of humor. He did not much prepare me for battle, however. My persona seems best suited for support and analysis and lacks much in offense.
Spoke to a young man named Jun Kurosu later on in the day. He has had previous experience with the "gods" who rule this place: the aforementioned Philemon and his rival, none other than Nyarlathotep, the Crawling Chaos himself! Kurosu expressed frustration that enough was being done about Nyarlathotep, that people were focusing on trivial matters, to his disdain. He failed to supply a plan in his ire. Perhaps experience has lead to desperation; near defeat leaves one uncertain how to seek a timely victory. His experience and knowledge nonetheless proves critical. I have encouraged him to compile his knowledge into a reference document for those who remain ignorant on the subject of our two opposing forces.
Philemon remains a point of contention. Skepticism surrounds him, though, given the information I have received, he seems no more harmful than Jacob. His methods leave much to be desired but his intentions are good. I will reserve judgment for now.

3/15 The situation grows more complex with every new inquiry. A benefit concert for the city natives caught my attention. There I learned of a "Visitor/Native Alliance" that serves as a PR department for the "visitors", people like me who have arrived in this city unexpectedly. Visitors have been receiving favorable treatment from the government at the expense of the natives. In exchange, without implicitly agreeing, the visitors aid the government in its battles, which includes a stand-off with a terrorist organization. The man who ran the stand representing the Alliance wishes to speak to me later. I hope to gain more information on this troubling situation then.
